Often times small business owners have the same dilemma, how do you decide whether you should sell to a specific niche or the general population?

Creating your own niche using "Columns of Influence" means taking an objective look at your brand, identifying what large influences make up parts of it, then really examining that overlap of those two columns.

That small space in the middle is your niche. We're using Hagwood soap company as an example here, but you can do the same with almost any company or brand.

Here's a link to Hagwood's instagram: If you find it's hard to get noticed in a large column, find something else that interests you, blend the two, and the overlap is what you should explore, that's where you'll gain traction the fastest.

I still don't know the "proper" pronunciation of niche, lol. If you found this story and concept useful, please follow us on socials and subscribe to our email list to stay in touch, also let us know if you guys enjoyed this and I'll keep making more. Thanks!
