Often times small business owners have the same dilemma, how do you decide whether you should sell to a specific niche or the general population?
Creating your own niche using "Columns of Influence" means taking an objective look at your brand, identifying what large influences make up parts of it, then really examining that overlap of those two columns.
That small space in the middle is your niche. We're using Hagwood soap company as an example here, but you can do the same with almost any company or brand.
