Production

WHAT IS “PRIVATE LABEL PRODUCTION”?

“Private label production” means that you have the ability to customize every detail and finishing option for your apparel, including neck labels, tags, packaging, sizing stickers, ink types, promotional items and then some.

Details are a must in the apparel industry—and we give you control over all of them.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS LIKE FROM START TO FINISH?

Simple.

You provide us with the artwork file(s) and we’ll go over the build details like sizing, blanks styles, inks, and any other finishing options you need.

We’ll follow up with a 3D digital mockup and summary of your order details for approval. Once approved, we’ll enter production and keep you as updated as possible.

HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?

Private label production typically takes 2.5 weeks from the time of final design approval.

Standard screen printing is slightly faster and ready in about 1-1.5 weeks.

CAN I MIX AND MATCH INKS, BLANK STYLES AND COLORS?

Yes you can. We refer to changes in blank style or color as variations. You’re allotted two variations every 100 units. For example, on a 200 unit order, that could be two different blank styles in two different colors, one blank style in four different colors, and so on.

As far as inks, you’re allotted up to 5 colors with no additional cost. Each color after five is +$35.00 each.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

The minimum order for our private label package is 100 units.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) decreases to 50 units for standard screen printing.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

We ship anywhere within the continental United States, via UPS or USPS, and provide you with tracking information from your respective carrier. Merchandise usually arrives within 4-5 business days, depending on the size of your order.

WHAT KIND OF BLANK STYLES DO YOU OFFER?

We have great relationships with all of the major manufacturers and can source any blank style you’d like.

If you have a particular blank style that you love to use, just let us know. If not, we can make a recommendation based on your industry and target audience.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY ARTWORK FILES FOR PRODUCTION?

We always advise our clients to provide their artwork in true vector format (extensions that end in .AI, .PDF, .EPS) with each color grouped and separated into its own layer.

We can also accept .PSD files and images, as long as the image resolution for each component is at least 300ppi.

I REALLY LOVE THE BLANKS USED BY A BRAND THAT YOU ALREADY WORK WITH—CAN I USE THEM?

Unfortunately, no.

As a private label vendor, we have strict privacy agreements and won’t share any specific information or data about brands that we’ve worked with—past, present or future.

WHAT IF I JUST WANT TO PRINT SOME QUALITY SHIRTS WITHOUT ALL THE EXTRAS?

No problem.

We offer the same high quality screen-printing without folding, bagging, custom labeling, or any other finishing details.

CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP FROM THE WAREHOUSE IF I’M LOCAL?

Of course - we just ask that you get in touch with us beforehand to set a time for pickup.

DO YOU OFFER PRODUCTS OTHER THAN SHIRTS?

Definitely.

A few other items that we commonly produce for our clients are hats, shorts, leggings, patches, flags, weightlifting straps, and stickers.

As our client, you’ll have access to our internal product development team. They can source and test new merchandise for your brand and provide you with the data to make the best decision for your customers.

If your brand needs it, we can get it.

DO YOU OFFER ANY TYPE OF EMBROIDERY OR CUSTOM-SEW OPTIONS?

We sure do.

We offer embroidery, as well as the ability to sew in items like woven tags, hook and loop, and patches. Depending on the complexity, we also have the capability to make custom alterations.

CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT YOUR FULFILLMENT SERVICES?

Absolutely.

We offer complete fulfillment to our clients, including warehousing, inventory management, customer service, packaging, and shipping—both domestic and international.

We understand the nuances that come with branded apparel and treat your brand with the same care and respect that we treat our own. Communication, timeliness and attention to detail are always prioritized.

We keep you updated in real-time and speak to your customers in the same way that you would, ensuring their experience with your brand is seamless - from purchasing to the responses they’ll receive via email.

WHERE CAN I FIND MORE INFORMATION ON PRICING?

We don’t offer “standard” pricing on our website because the amount of detail that varies from brand to brand would make it extremely inaccurate.

What we can tell you is that we’re able to leverage our relationships, reputation and high volume to get you the highest quality product at the lowest possible price—every time.

I DON’T HAVE A DESIGNER—CAN YOU HELP ME CREATE ARTWORK?

Sure we can.

We have a network of designers who specialize in a variety of different styles. We’ll take your description, napkin sketches, or reference images and take care of all the details for you.

Artwork creation usually ranges between $175-$450, depending on the complexity and detail. When the order is finished, you’ll own the design and receive the original artwork files.
