CEO | DISNEY WILLIAMS
Disney Williams started at Industry Threadworks in 2016 and is responsible for guiding the direction of the company's team and services. She has spearheaded founding our fulfillment company, Archive Fulfillment Solutions, as well as assisted in the growth and success of some of our oldest clients at ITW.

 

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS | SAMANTHA REESER
Samantha started at ITW in February 2019 and has climbed up in our company to her latest achievement of Director of Operations! She has been leading our Brand Management Team for the past 2+ years and has been responsible for client satisfaction and success, streamlining our internal processes, and now will be trail blazing the Operations side of ITW! 

 

 

DIRECTOR OF WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS | ALICIA GOODALE
Alicia began at ITW in 2020 and is the driving force for everything Fulfillment, Warehousing and Customer Service. She has optimized the fulfillment operation, is critical in successfully onboarding new clients and in ensuring our current clients are well taken care of, as well as aiding in suggesting new procedures and ideas to our clients to optimize the footprint of their brand in our facilities - Thereby reducing their costs and driving brands to be more effective in reducing overhead expenses and stale inventory levels.
