Shipping policy

For ITW Merch/Retail Orders: Orders ship daily Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) and are usually processed within 24-48 hours. If you have any questions please reach out to: info@industrythreadworks.com. 

For ITW Production/Manufacturing Orders: Timelines are communicated prior to order submission via our Brand Management Team. Moving forward with your production order after this means your order is in production and the timeline aforementioned has been approved by you.
